(beware of girl with gun)

D-Day is coming.... The day that I move, really flying away on a wing and a prayer. I am still surprised that I am doing this. I am not prepared mentally or physically (packing) for this. Mind you I have packed most of my stuff and it seems to be going okay. But I have reached a point that I just don't care. That point has come and I am too easily distracted by silly things. One being:

Prison Break. What a rockin awesome show! I love it so. I am incredibly entertained. To the point that it distracts me from necessities of life.... Yes. And as luck would have it, the week before I leave, my sister fractures her foot and is in a cast. I am leaving next week and (to top it off, tax season is beginning...)  I feel like poo for leaving her like this... (really Bek, I do.) Although the most entertaining thing about today was that we needed to get the boys downstairs for prayer. Bek told me to do a Derek yell to get them down. I did my best and they came, not running but at a trot- with fear in their eyes. I think I have effectively pulled it off, without telling them I was going to smash their heads together. (ha ha)
I leave next week. If you live in the vicinity of Utah- I will see you soon. Give me a call, we can get together. It'll be a rockin good time. And in your passing thoughts next tuesday, say a little prayer that I make it in my poor little truck the whole way. Bless his heart. (junior)

All for now.

So.. per the request of my favorite sister-in-law, I am updating my blog on my pathetic existence. However.. I do have some things-- news, per say, to add.
-----Bath and Body Works-- IS RIDICULOUS! (if i were in harry potter, that would be a very effective spell.) I have been employed by them for some time now.. However-- I think that their method of employment is lame. They hire pretty much all who apply for holiday, BUT (big freaking but) that means you get minimal hours. Until you get hours you get "call in" shifts. My friend Rachelle tells me it makes me sound super important, like a doctor. Alas, it actually means I have to plan my day around the possibility that I might GET to work. I call 2 hours before hand and ask if I can deem myself worthy to work that day. Some days there was success! And then others I had days where I would call to just hear, "Nope! You get the day off!" And she says it like its supposed to be this great and marvelous thing. It's not! I've had the day off for the past couple MONTHS! "there's no vacation for the unemployed." I did get to work a bit, which was good, and I knew that it was a seasonal deal, so I was waiting for the time for them to just tell me- thanks for your time, but we won't need you anymore. - I didn't get that. I got to look at the schedule in the store and see my name NOT listed. I don't even get the decency of a phone call.
----- Next bit? I got a new phone number. If I didn't get a hold of you already, I may not have the number. Email me or something- although I still have my old number for at least for a week longer. But.. definitely not gonna post it somewhere. Thats just silly.
----And Derek took me to the shooting range today. It was way fun.

----- The big part.. I'm moving to Utah. Actually like the first week of February. My friend offered me a job at the store that she runs... She needs the help cause she always seems to find the most ludicrous people to work for her. (Like the kind that makes her come into work while she is throwing up, quit on her at random, and all of these and other things combined make her have to work excessive amounts of hours). Anyway.. She has some connections also in the town that I am moving to and I would work for her and hopefully have another. I hate having nothing to do. Anyway.. For those who might be in Utah- hopefully i can run into you.

i'm tired. and really i should be.

When I grow up, I want to be Julia Sugarbaker. . .
