To Holiday Shoppers:
This may be a day late, and a few hundred dollars short, but here goes. If you are going to procrastinate your holiday shopping until Christmas Eve, that's your own business. However, do not get angry or frustrated with the employees who are just trying to help you. If we don't have the product, toy, new device that may have been advertised or had even been there last week, I'm sorry.. but you shouldn't have waited till mere hours before actually giving said gifts. I understand those who rush out for that last minute thing- but I saw people today walking around the malls with tons of bags, rushing from here to there trying to get the best deals and rush off again. So many customers getting upset because we didn't have this in one lotion or spray or cream. Really? You're getting upset with me because of your laziness and procrastination. That's just silly.
Then there are those that will purchase anything to get it done. This could involve an employee randomly pointing to several objects, and him buying every object pointed out. (with the shock and astonishment to me... that wasn't my intention... try some out.. see what's there.. but wow..) The whole pre packaged deal at this point irritates the crap out of me. Yahoo for those who get the scent that someone likes in the happy packaged deal. It's usually a great deal. But it makes me sad to see people randomly select items and not give it a second glance.
Real Note: If you are going to wait until the last minute to purchase you gifts, I hope you get used to disappointment...

In other notes:
Favorite moments of the last couple days:

*I helped this man and his son pick out different scents today.. although what really sent him over the edge to purchase one lotion was kind of hilarious. He opened to lid to smell it and squeezed the bottle. A blob of lotion FLEW from the container and landed on both his hand, and.. his upper lip. Now, I ask you: How does one respond to such an occurrence? Withhold laughter... That's all I could come up with. He stood their in a stunned silence while I restrained a laugh and his son, while laughing, attempted to wipe it off his face, but was halted by the guy demanding that he back off.

*At the end of the day yesterday, I spent a lot of time cleaning up, taking out the trash, mopping the entire (almost) store. When all was said and done, Regina, the boss of the night told me she was very appreciative and impressed with my attitude, and the job I had done cleaning up the store.

*This one guy that I kept pointing out options for stuff for him to buy, and he picked them all up. This made me laugh partly because he spouted out that if she doesn't like it, then "she can kiss 'my' a--" You fill in the blank. I told him about our exchange policy, but he furthered his resolve of his response.

*The old asian lady that told me that I didn't know anything about men because I wasn't married.

*Seeing my visiting teacher come in and getting to talk to her for a minute. It is so rare, and so random that I might see someone I actually know, that when those occurrences happen, it sustains for  a time.

I am sure that there are more, but I can't think correctly right now. Kind of tired. I just got back from looking at Christmas lights with the Tolmans. :)

sidenote: I am reading a really stupid book.. whats even more sad about this entire situation is that I continue to read it. The first one was City of Bones, now its City of Ashes. I didn't mind them at first.... then it got too ridiculous and to many "likes and as." She is describing everything LIKE something else, or AS something else. This is normal I understand, HOWEVER its going a little above and beyond when she has to describe relatively simple things LIKE something more complex to make her writing better.

... I'm done. Merry Christmas

"Let me tell you why I suck as a salesman. Let's say I go into some guys office. Let's say he's even remotely interested in buying something. Well I get all excited. I'm like Jo Jo the idiot circus boy with a pretty new pet. The pet is my possible sale. How I love my pet. So I pet it and I stroke it and I massage it. I love it. I love my little naughty pet. You're naughty! And then I take my naughty pet and I go gszdkgs gszdkgs. OHHH! I killed it!! I killed my sale!"

This week has been an interesting one of private reflection. One of which is my current job situation. I need more work. Bath and Body works isnt giving me the time of day most of the time, which is sad considering that I was freaking amazing. I keep sending out my resumé to the world, only to have it knocked down and disregarded. I know its a hard time. You don't need to preach it to me. It doesnt mean that I am not super ticked about the situation. However... Providence looked down on me this week. Shannon, my boss @ BBW called me and asked if I wanted to work Wednesday/Thursday at Arizona Mills Mall. I knew it would be a bit of a distance but I jumped at the chance of SOMETHING. Yesterday (W) I worked from 6-11 and today (TH) from 7-330. It was long, it was intense, but it was GOOD. I came home tonight and CRASHED for about 45 minutes after soaking my feet cause they were SORE. It was the best exhaustion I could ask for.

Some things are being put into consideration- and the future is looking brighter, although I still am looking for more work. I applied at Mesa High a little bit ago. Hopefully they will check out my stuff and realize that I am one rockin cool chick that would both be effective AND highly entertaining. If only they knew.

I think I need to make a sign proclaiming my amazing-ness. Do you think they would accept that as a good omen? :)
